I have been trusting this discount tire for 6+ years and multiple cars. This team goes above and beyond to help their customers. The manager found an issue with my suspension that was overlooked by my previous inspection, just based on looking at the tires! Really exceptional mechanics work here. Toni and his team were absolutely amazing. We had a flat tire during a road trip with no options. Upon a quick call he confirmed they had a tire in stock and took us in immediately and changed the tire! His team and him sent us on our way and were extremely supportive. I had a flat and all 4 valve stems seemed to have slow leaks. I went in, they were on time with my appointment and no wait. I figured it would be about $100-$200 or so since I was having them test my tires for leaks, fix the flat, and replace 4 valve stems. They did 1.5 hours work and charged me nothing, wouldn't take money, said it is a free service. I'm rarely surprised by anything anymore but the whole experience left me gobsmacked. Honestly I went in expecting them to try to sell me new tires, but the tech told me I didn't need new tires. I would have gladly paid for the service especially since they were so fast and professional. Milo was the tech and he was exceptional.

I'm not entirely satisfied with the professionalism of the staff during my visit. I waited nearly an hour and a half while they attempted to fix my wheel, only to be told it needed a full replacement — and that they didn't carry tires in the smaller size required for my Japanese Kei car. I ended up picking up a DIY tire repair kit from Fred Meyer and handled it myself. That was a year and a half ago, and the tire has been holding up perfectly ever since — which makes me question whether the replacement was ever truly necessary in the first place. Overall, I left feeling that the staff lacked the expertise and diagnostic skills I'd expect from a professional shop.

Originally I just booked an appointment for two new tires. As soon as I parked my vehicle a mexican guy walked up to me (I didnt get his name) and started to help me. He let me know my rear tires needed attention as well and he gave me a great deal on a second pair of tires plus wiper blades. The staff were friendly and they had me out of there in less than 30 min I had a great experience thanks guys!
